1. Talent Acquisition Develop and implement Innovative Recruitment Strategies to attract top talent. Collaborate with department heads to identify staffing needs and job specifications and ensure the Fitment Process is followed by all indenters . Lead the Recruitment Team by ensuring all processes, from job posting to interviewing and hiring decisions are executed and Joining Targets are Achieved . Ensure a Positive Candidate Experience throughout the recruitment life cycle. Present the MIS and Analytics to the Management Team periodically as per set cycle. 2. Talent Management Implement Effective Onboarding and induction for new hires. Develop strategies for Employee Development, Career Progression, Leadership Development and Succession Planning- to oversee the Performance Management System adherence by all managers and employees. Conduct performance evaluation processes to ensure high standards and identify areas for improvement including routine Skill Gap analytics and Competency Mapping. Facilitate and resolve any issues and grievances based on Grievance management Process related to employee performance and relations. Present the MIS and Analytics to the Management Team periodically as per set cycle. 3. Talent Retention Design and implement employee retention strategies, focusing on Employee Engagement, Recognition, and Rewards. Analyse Attrition Trends and develop action plans to reduce turnover rates. Conduct regular surveys and feedback sessions based on the Employee Feedback Management System to understand employee needs and concerns. Foster a positive work culture that promotes work-life balance and Employee Satisfaction. Present the MIS and Analytics to the Management Team periodically as per set cycle.
