HR Vetting Team Lead

As a HR Vetting Operations Specialist at UBS, your role involves working with stringent deadlines and evolving processes. Your responsibilities include: - Organizing, prioritizing, and performing multiple tasks in an efficient manner - Working independently while following escalation methodology - Establishing effective working relationships with stakeholders involved in staff vetting processes - Reading, interpreting, and making decisions on complex background cases - Performing detailed work with accuracy, discretion, and good judgment - Maintaining confidentiality and professionalism when handling sensitive documents - Providing daily and monthly statistics of background cases - Managing staff vetting activities and understanding case tracking tools - Collaborating with team members to create a positive work environment - Contributing to IT-related improvement activities - Ensuring compliance with internal policies and processes You will be part of the HR SD Americas Vetting team, reporting to the Regional HR Vetting Operations Lead. Your expertise should include a bachelor's degree or relevant working experience, familiarity with new hire processes, and experience in managing high volumes.
