1 Job Title: HR Female (Only) Work from office - only 2 Location: We are hiring for multiple client locations: Okhla Phase 2, New Delhi Faridabad Paschim Vihar, New Delhi 3 Salary Range: 35,000 – 40,000 per month 4 Experience Required: Minimum 4.5 years of relevant experience 5 Industry Preference: Candidates from manufacturing or industrial sectors will be preferred. 6 Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced and dynamic female HR professional to manage end-to-end HR operations across multiple client organizations. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in recruitment , HR operations , and administration , especially within the manufacturing sector . 7 Key Responsibilities: 8 1. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition End-to-end recruitment process management (sourcing to onboarding) Coordination with department heads to understand hiring needs Screening, scheduling interviews, and follow-ups 9 2. Onboarding & Induction Conducting employee joining formalities Creating employee records and documentation Coordinating induction programs 10 3. Employee Exit Formalities Handling resignation processes and conducting exit interviews Preparing full & final settlements Ensuring clearance from various departments 11 4. HR Operations & Administration Maintain HRMS or manual records of employee data Attendance and leave management Handling day-to-day administrative tasks and coordination Support compliance with labor laws and company policies 12 5. Employee Engagement & Support Address employee queries and grievances Assist in organizing events and HR initiatives 13 Key Skills Required: Strong communication and interpersonal skills Hands-on experience in recruitment and onboarding Exposure to HR functions in manufacturing or industrial setups Knowledge of HR laws, policies, and practices Proficiency in MS Office and HR software tools 14 Eligibility Criteria: Female candidates only Minimum 4.5 years of relevant experience in HR Willing to work from the mentioned locations 15 How to Apply: Interested candidates may apply with their updated resume.
