Role Summery: We are seeking a motivated and people-focused Training & Development and Staff Welfare Officer to join our HR team. This dual-role position is critical in driving employee development, engagement, and well-being. You will design and deliver impactful learning programs while also overseeing initiatives that support staff morale, welfare, and overall job satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: Training & Development: Assess training needs through surveys, interviews, and consultations with managers. Design, develop, and facilitate training programs (in-person, virtual, and self-paced). Organize onboarding sessions and refresher training for employees. Track training outcomes and continuously improve learning programs. Maintain training documentation and compliance records. Staff Welfare & Engagement Plan and implement employee engagement and wellness initiatives. Provide support and resources to staff related to mental health, work-life balance, and workplace satisfaction. Act as a point of contact for staff welfare-related concerns and feedback. Collaborate with leadership to promote a positive and inclusive workplace culture. Organize staff events, recognition programs, and wellness activities. NOTE: Immediate Joiners preferred
