Responsibilities:
⦁ Communicating with hiring managers to identify future job openings and requirements for those jobs.
⦁ Performing background and reference checks.
⦁ Presenting the resumes of the most suitable candidates to the hiring manager.
⦁ Introduce new hires to the company and walk them through the hiring and training process
⦁ Take care of orientation process of new joiners.
⦁ Interview candidates combining various methods (e.g. structured interviews, technical assessments and behavioral questions)
⦁ Build a candidate CRM to ensure a solid pipeline of qualified candidates - ensuring candidate data is kept updated
⦁ Write and post job descriptions on specialist job boards, social media and any other relevant channels
⦁ Source, screen and compile a shortlist of qualified candidates for various roles
⦁ Keeping track of all applicants and keeping applicants informed on application process.

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
