Job Description

We are looking for an enthusiastic

HR Trainee

to join our HR team and support various functions across the employee lifecycle. This is a learning-intensive role designed to provide hands-on experience in

recruitment, onboarding, HR operations, employee engagement, and compliance

Key Objectives for Scope of Learning:

Recruitment & Onboarding

Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals, referrals, and social media.
Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates and hiring managers.
Help in preparing offer letters and onboarding documentation.
Support smooth joining and induction processes.

HR Operations

Maintain and update employee records in HRMS.
Assist in attendance, leave tracking, and payroll support activities.
Manage documentation for ID cards, bank accounts, and statutory forms.

Employee Engagement & Communication

Support HR in organizing employee engagement activities and feedback sessions.
Prepare internal communications like birthday announcements, rewards, etc.
Assist in surveys and analysis for improving employee satisfaction.

Compliance & Documentation

Help maintain proper filing of HR documents (digital and physical).
Assist in statutory compliance documentation like PF, ESI, and TDS support.

Required Skills & Competencies:

Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Willingness to learn HR systems and tools.
High level of confidentiality, integrity, and professionalism.
Should be pro active.

Qualifications:

Bachelor s degree in Business Administration / MBA/PGDM in HR
