Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Training Needs Analysis

Identify skill gaps across field staff, branch managers, and head office teams.
Collaborate with business leaders to assess training requirements aligned with business goals.

Program Design & Development

Develop training modules on microfinance, credit analysis, customer service, compliance, and fintech tools.
Create blended learning programs using classroom, digital, and experiential formats.

Training Delivery

Conduct induction programs for new hires and refresher training for existing staff.
Facilitate interactive sessions and workshops across locations.

Compliance & Regulatory Training

Ensure timely training on RBI norms, AML policies, and ethical lending practices.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of regulatory changes and incorporate them into training content.

Performance Evaluation

Monitor training effectiveness through feedback, assessments, and business impact metrics.
Continuously improve training programs based on evaluation results.

Leadership Development

Support initiatives to build leadership capabilities and strengthen the internal talent pipeline.

Administration & Reporting

Maintain accurate training records and prepare reports for senior management.
Manage training schedules, budgets, and coordination with external trainers.

Preferred candidate profile

MBA/PGDM in HR or related field.
37 years of experience in HR training, preferably in the NBFC or financial services sector.
Strong knowledge of NBFC operations and compliance requirements.
Excellent communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills.
