Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Manage industrial relations by maintaining cordial relationships with employees, unions, and government authorities.
  • Ensure compliance with labour laws such as Employees Provident Fund & Miscellaneous Provisions Act, 1952; Employees State Insurance Act, 1948; Payment of Gratuity Act, 1972; Minimum Wages Act etc.
  • Handle employee grievances and disciplinary actions in a fair and transparent manner.
  • Maintain accurate records of attendance, leave, payroll, and other HR-related documents.
  • Coordinate plant-level HR activities including recruitment, training, performance appraisal, promotion policies.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 2-4 years of experience in factory human resources or related field.
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws (Industrial Relations) and ability to handle complex situations effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with employees at all levels.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel).
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • This job is 3rd party payroll & also Male candidate required
