HR Talent Management - Compensation & Rewards

As a Talent Management Lead, your role involves overseeing and driving critical HR functions such as HR operations, compensation & benefits, compliance, and HR audits. You will be responsible for managing a high-performing team and ensuring seamless execution of people processes while maintaining compliance and operational excellence. Key Responsibilities: - HR Operations: - Oversee and streamline end-to-end HR operations including employee lifecycle management (onboarding to exit). - Drive HR automation and process efficiency initiatives. - Compensation & Benefits: - Lead annual compensation planning, benchmarking, and execution of salary reviews, bonuses, and incentives. - Manage KRA setting and ESOP Management. - Compliance & HR Audit: - Ensure HR practices are compliant with all statutory, legal, and regulatory requirements. - Lead internal and external HR audits, prepare documentation, and close audit findings. - Maintain updated knowledge on labor laws and employment policies. - People Management: - Lead and mentor the HR Ops team to ensure high service levels. - Drive team development and foster a culture of accountability and continuous improvement. - Reporting & Analytics: - Generate and analyze HR MIS reports for leadership review. - Use data insights to improve policy, engagement, and retention strategies. Key Requirements: - MBA in HR or equivalent postgraduate degree. - 7-10 years of relevant HR experience, with strong exposure to HR operations, C&B, and compliance. - Hands-on experience managing HR audits and implementing process improvements. - Strong knowledge of Indian labor laws and HR best practices. - Proven ability to lead and manage teams. - Excellent communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills. - Experience in working with HRMS platforms and tools.,
