Job Description

You are an experienced and dynamic Talent Management Lead who will be responsible for overseeing and driving critical HR functions such as HR operations, compensation & benefits, compliance, and HR audits. Your role involves managing a high-performing team and ensuring the seamless execution of people processes while upholding compliance and operational excellence. In HR Operations, you will be required to oversee and streamline end-to-end HR operations, including managing the employee lifecycle from onboarding to exit. You will also drive HR automation and process efficiency initiatives. For Compensation & Benefits, you will lead annual compensation planning, benchmarking, and execution of salary reviews, bonuses, and incentives. Additionally, you will be responsible for KRA setting, ESOP management, and maintaining strong vendor relationships. In Compliance & HR Audit, you will ensure that HR practices are compliant with all statutory, legal, and regulatory requirements. You will lead internal and external HR audits, prepare documentation, and address any audit findings. It is essential to stay updated on labor laws and employment policies. As part of People Management, you will lead and mentor the HR Ops team to ensure high service levels. You will drive team development and foster a culture of accountability and continuous improvement. You will be responsible for Reporting & Analytics, where you will generate and analyze HR MIS reports for leadership review. Utilize data insights to enhance policy, engagement, and retention strategies. Key Requirements: - MBA in HR or equivalent postgraduate degree. - 7-10 years of relevant HR experience with exposure to HR operations, C&B, and compliance. - Hands-on experience in managing HR audits and implementing process improvements. - Strong knowledge of Indian labor laws and HR best practices. - Proven ability to lead and manage teams. - Excellent communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills. - Experience working with HRMS platforms and tools.,
