HR Systems & Business Analyst - Learning & Engagement

You have a minimum of 6+ years of experience in Learning & Development (L&D) and Employee Sentiment. Additionally, you should have at least 1 year of experience in business analysis or project management, along with a Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience. Key Responsibilities: - Possess expertise in Learning Management Systems (LMS), particularly Docebo, and demonstrate advanced proficiency with Super Admin capabilities. - Manage the administration of employee survey or engagement platforms, such as Qualtrics, which would be considered a significant advantage. - Demonstrate a proven ability to handle sensitive data with confidentiality and integrity. - Exhibit exceptional written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills, with the capability to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences. - Preferably have experience with API integrations and utilizing Artificial Intelligence (AI) to improve reporting and data analysis.
