Job Description

The HR Assistant supports the Human Resources team by managing the onboarding and offboarding processes, maintaining employee records, coordinating with managers and HR Business Partners, and handling general administrative tasks to ensure smooth HR operation.


  • Prepare and send contracts for new hires and amendment letters for current employees when needed and approved. Update the person management system accordingly.

  • Initiate background checks for new employees, keep the HR Business Partner and managers informed as needed, and manage the process until completion.

  • Coordinate with managers to confirm first-day details, other requirements, and necessary approvals.

  • Assist new employees throughout their onboarding process.

  • Prepare leaver letters and manage offboarding procedures.

  • Maintain and update employee information in our HR systems.

  • Provide general administrative support to the HR team.

  • Communicating with the HR Business Partner and department managers to ensure timely updates and smooth operations.
