Job Description

As a HR Supervisor at TaskUs, you will play a crucial role in taking care of the employees and driving key initiatives within the People Operations Department. Your responsibilities will include leading employee engagement efforts, managing labor relations, and handling various functions related to the well-being of the workforce. You will be tasked with driving programs under the People Operations department, overseeing case management, and spearheading employee engagement activities to enhance the overall employee experience. Additionally, you will be responsible for performance management and undertaking special projects as assigned. The ideal candidate for this role should have at least 3-4 years of experience, preferably in a BPO environment at a generalist or supervisory level. Strong leadership skills in employee engagement and labor relations are essential, along with excellent organizational, project management, and analytical abilities. You should be capable of leading a cross-functional team, working independently, and be willing to accommodate night shifts or rotating schedules.
