Job Responsibilities
Execute routine HR transactions including onboarding, offboarding, promotions, transfers, and benefits setup.
Maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy in HRIS systems.
Respond to employee and manager inquiries on HR policies, pay, benefits, leaves, performance management, and company guidelines via Workday Help/ServiceNow; escalate when required: escalate complex issues appropriately.
Support internal audits and ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies.
Contribute to process documentation, SOP updates, and knowledge base documentation to drive efficiency in a tiered service delivery model
Collaborate with HR Centers of Excellence and other HR functions to ensure seamless service delivery.
Manage sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
Participate in projects and provide input from an operational perspective.
Manage workload effectively, prioritizing based on business needs.
Qualifications:
Ability to operate independently with some supervision required.Behaves in Ethical and Compliant manner and encourages others to do the same.
