HR Specialist I - Contract

Role Overview: At Hitachi Energy, you will play a crucial role in managing employee data accurately from the Hire to Retire process in Hi-Next, ensuring seamless flow to downstream applications. You will work across different geographies and regulatory environments, analyzing complex problems, and supporting key Employee Life Cycle processes. Your attention to detail, time management, and multitasking skills will be essential as you prepare offer letters, manage data, and handle onboarding/offboarding processes. Key Responsibilities: - Manage employee data accurately throughout the Hire to Retire process in Hi-Next - Work across geographies and regulatory environments - Analyze and understand complex problems and dependencies - Prepare offer letters and track BGV status for shortlisted candidates - Support key Employee Life Cycle processes such as onboarding, data management, absence management, visa renewals, transfers, and offboarding - Adhere to SOPs and WIs for each process - Identify process deficiencies and perform root cause analysis for improvements - Ensure SLA targets, KPIs, and operational issues are addressed - Record employee queries in an appropriate IT system and take ownership of the complete employee life cycle - Deliver ELC services according to defined SLAs and quality standards - Extract reports for internal data quality and implement innovative solutions Qualifications Required: - Graduate/ MBA/ Any Degree - 1-3 years of experience in HR Shared Services in a global organization preferred - Proficiency in MS Office with excellent written and verbal communication skills - Ability to manage multiple demands, work with cross-functional teams, and adapt to different shifts - Collaborative, solutions-oriented approach with strong analytical skills and a proactive attitude Note: Hitachi Energy values safety and integrity, emphasizing personal responsibility, care for colleagues, and commitment to the business.
