Job Description

You are an experienced HR Operations Specialist with 4 to 5 years of experience looking to join our team in Chennai, IN. Your role will involve excelling in customer management, HR services delivery, project participation, workshop facilitation, and issue resolution. Proficiency in SuccessFactors and CRM systems is essential for this position. Your main responsibilities will include: Customer Management: - Acting as the primary point of contact for a major customer. - Building and maintaining strong customer relationships. - Understanding the customer's business needs and aligning HR services to support their strategic objectives. - Ensuring high customer satisfaction through effective communication and service delivery. HR Services Delivery: - Overseeing the end-to-end delivery of HR services for the assigned customer across multiple countries. - Collaborating with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate HR services delivery, including talent and workforce management, and compensation & benefits administration. Project Team Participation: - Contributing to the development and implementation of HR solutions as part of the project team. - Collaborating with cross-functional teams and partners to drive successful project outcomes and exceed customer expectations. Workshop Facilitation: - Conducting workshops with the customer to understand their specific requirements, challenges, and goals. - Utilizing a consultative approach to provide tailored HR solutions that address customer needs. Escalation Point for Delivery Issues: - Serving as the escalation point for any HR services delivery issues. - Working proactively to resolve challenges and ensure a smooth customer experience. - Collaborating with internal stakeholders to implement corrective actions and prevent future issues. System Requirements: - Proficiency in SuccessFactors (Employee Central, SuccessFactors Reporting) and C4C, CRM systems. Requirements: - Master's in human resource, finance or a related field. - Strong organizational and problem-solving skills. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Proficiency in relevant software systems (e.g., C4C, SuccessFactors, SAP).
