HR Service Advisor

Role Overview: As a Support Specialist, you will play a vital role in supporting employees and managers by responding to inquiries, performing transactions, and ensuring the successful implementation of updates and changes. Your responsibilities will include inputting employee data, verifying data accuracy, protecting data privacy, documenting processes, providing customer support, and identifying areas for improvement. Key Responsibilities: - Input employee data into HRIS database and document activities as requested - Verify data input accuracy and report discrepancies to subject matter experts - Protect data privacy and adhere to confidentiality requirements - Document and update processes, desk-top procedures, and knowledge-based content - Upload employee records into the Record Centre and review documents for accuracy - Provide customer support for HR shared services, platforms, and tools - Review performance metrics target and identify improvement opportunities - Share input or suggestions for policy or process implementation based on feedback - Support in executing transactions with vendors to ensure process delivery is correctly followed Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources (HR), Business, or related field OR equivalent experience Additional Or Preferred Qualifications: - Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources (HR), Business, or related field AND 1+ year(s) work experience in HR operations, HR, or related field OR equivalent experience Company Details: Please note that this role may involve handling sensitive data and requires strict adherence to confidentiality requirements.
