Roles and Responsibilities Source top talent through various channels such as job boards, social media, employee referrals, and networking events. Conduct initial screenings of resumes and cover letters to identify suitable candidates for open positions. Coordinate interviews between hiring managers and potential candidates. Negotiate compensation packages with selected candidates. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments in IT recruitment. Desired Candidate Profile 3-5 years of experience in technical recruiting or related field (HR Recruitment). Strong understanding of IT hiring processes and best practices. Excellent communication skills for effective candidate engagement.
