Urgent Hiring: HR Recruiter cum Operations Manager (Immediate Joiner)

Role: HR Recruiter cum Operations Manager (Full-time, On-site)

Key Responsibilities

HR Recruitment & Talent Management

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle: sourcing, screening, interviews, and selection.
  • Build a strong pipeline of immediate joiners for urgent manpower requirements.
  • Conduct HR rounds, salary negotiations, offer rollouts, and onboarding.
  • Drive campus hiring, referrals, and walk-ins to meet business hiring targets.

Operations & Service Delivery Management

  • Oversee day-to-day business operations to ensure smooth execution of client projects.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and field experts to ensure timely delivery of audits, training, and compliance services.
  • Manage job card issuance, documentation, reporting, and closure as per Northstars service delivery framework.
  • Monitor and enforce adherence to SOPs, compliance standards, and client deliverables.
  • Support leadership in resource deployment, project scheduling, and client coordination.

Business Operations & Process Management

  • Maintain operational trackers, MIS, and dashboards for leadership visibility.
  • Assist in process optimization and automation for recruitment, service delivery, and client engagement.
  • Ensure documentation, contracts, and compliance records are properly maintained.
  • Act as a bridge between HR, service delivery, and business operations to drive efficiency.

Key Result Areas (KRAs)

  • Timely closure of recruitment mandates within defined SLAs.
  • Smooth execution and closure of service delivery projects with client satisfaction.
  • Strong compliance to HR and operations SOPs.
  • Zero delays in onboarding, documentation, and client reporting.

Requirements

  • MBA/PGDM in HR or equivalent field.
  • 2–5 years’ experience in HR recruitment and business operations (consulting/technical sector preferred).
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with ability to manage operations and people.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, HR tools, and business operations software.
