Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals, social media, and other channels.
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial shortlisting calls.
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
  • Maintain and update candidate databases and trackers.
  • Assist with onboarding formalities and documentation.
  • Support the HR team in day-to-day administrative tasks as needed.

Requirements:

  • Graduate or pursuing graduation in HR or related field.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Eager to learn and take initiative.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
