We are seeking an organized, responsible, and people-oriented HR Intern to support our recruitment and hiring operations. As an HR Intern, you will play a critical role in ensuring a smooth and structured hiring process. You will be directly involved in job posting, telephonic screening, interview coordination, and recruitment status tracking. This internship is ideal for someone looking to gain hands-on experience in talent acquisition and HR operations within a growing start-up environment.

🎯 Responsibilities

Recruitment & Job Posting

• Prepare and update job descriptions for interns and full-time roles in collaboration with the hiring team.
• Post jobs on platforms, and other relevant job boards.
• Keep all job postings updated with the latest requirements and deadlines.

Candidate Screening

• Manage the inflow of applications and maintain organized candidate databases.
• Conduct initial telephonic screening calls to assess basic qualifications, communication skills, and role fit.
• Share pre-interview assignments or tasks with shortlisted candidates as needed.

Interview Coordination

• Schedule and coordinate interview slots with panel members and candidates.
• Ensure smooth communication, reminders, and confirmations for all interview stages.
• Prepare interview feedback collection formats and track interview outcomes.

Recruitment Tracking & Reporting

• Create and update hiring status trackers showing current status, pending actions, and upcoming interviews.
• Provide weekly updates to the management team on recruitment progress and hiring bottlenecks.

You are eligible to apply if you:

• Are available for a remote, work-from-home internship.
• Can start the internship between July 01, 2025, and July 30, 2025.
• Can commit to the 3-6 months internship duration.

🛠 Required Skills and Qualifications

Must-Have:

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good organizational and time-management skills.
• Comfortable with tools like Google Sheets, Docs, Forms, and Gmail.
• Basic understanding of recruitment lifecycle and HR coordination.
• Ability to handle openings and follow-ups.
• Proactive mindset with attention to detail.

Bonus Skills (Nice to Have):

• Experience in HR, recruitment, or student placement cells
• Familiarity with tools like Trello, or any ATS (Applicant Tracking System)
• Experience handling job posting platforms
• Basic Excel/Google Sheets
