Job Description

  • Collaborate with hiring managers:

    Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and define job requirements.
  • Source candidates:

    Attract and find qualified candidates through a variety of channels, including professional networks (like LinkedIn), job boards, and community outreach.
  • Screen and interview:

    Review resumes and applications, conduct initial phone or video screenings, and assess candidates to create a shortlist for the hiring team.
  • Coordinate the interview process:

    Schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers or other stakeholders.
  • Manage the offer process:

    Communicate job offers, manage negotiations, and prepare new hire paperwork.
  • Maintain records:

    Use an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to manage candidate records and track recruitment metrics.
  • Enhance employer brand:

    Contribute to employer branding initiatives to attract more candidates.
