Job Description

Role Overview: You will be joining our team as a Recruitment & HR Coordinator. As the ideal candidate, you should be dynamic, smart, and capable of efficiently managing multiple responsibilities. Key Responsibilities: - Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process including sourcing, screening, and coordination with candidates and clients. - Manage interview schedules and keep candidate databases updated. - Coordinate with internal teams and training departments effectively. - Prepare reports, documentation, and maintain HR records accurately. - Support day-to-day HR and admin operations smoothly. Qualification Required: - Fluent in English & Hindi (spoken and written). - Possess strong coordination, multitasking, and communication skills. - Excellent computer knowledge including proficiency in MS Office, Email, and Data Management. - Display a smart, proactive, and hardworking personality. - Prior experience in recruitment / HR coordination is preferred but not mandatory. Additional Details: Please note that this is a full-time, permanent position that requires in-person work at our location.,
