Role & Responsibilities

  • Candidate Sourcing:

    Actively search for and identify potential candidates using various platforms like job boards (Naukri, Indeed, Apna), social media (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, etc.), professional networks, and our internal database.
  • Resume Screening:

    Review applications and resumes to determine if candidates meet the basic qualifications for open positions.
  • Initial Candidate Contact:

    Conduct initial phone screenings and preliminary interviews to assess skills, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Interview Coordination:

    Schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring smooth communication and logistics.
  • Applicant Tracking System (ATS) Management:

    Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records within our ATS, tracking their progress through the recruitment pipeline.
  • Candidate Communication:

    Provide timely updates to candidates on their application status, ensuring a positive experience throughout the process.
  • Hiring Manager Collaboration:

    Work closely with hiring managers to understand their specific needs and provide insights on talent availability.
  • Offer Process Assistance:

    Help with the preparation of offer letters and pre-joining formalities for selected candidates.
  • Employer Branding Support:

    Contribute to activities that promote our company as an attractive employer.
  • Reporting:

    Assist in generating recruitment reports to track key metrics and identify areas for improvement.

Preferred Candidate Profile

  • Education:

    Any Graduate

    ; a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field is preferred.
  • Experience: 1-3 years.

    Freshers with least one completed

    internship in an HR or recruitment role

    will be considered.
  • Communication Skills:

    Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Interpersonal Skills:

    Strong ability to build rapport and interact effectively with candidates and and team members.
  • Organizational Skills:

    Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Technical Skills:

    Familiarity with various sourcing techniques and proficiency in using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) is a plus.
  • Work Ethic:

    A proactive and positive attitude with a strong desire to learn and grow within the HR field.
  • Team Player:

    Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
