HR Recruiter(Female)

Require 1+ years of experience in healthcare recruitment or HR, preferably in a hospital or medical institution.

Work location - Iswarya Hospital, perungudi , Chennai.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Source, screen, and shortlist candidates for various hospital roles, ensuring alignment with job requirements and organizational needs.
• Conduct initial interviews, coordinate with department heads for further assessments, and facilitate the hiring process.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment, including job postings, database management, and offer negotiations.
• Build and maintain a talent pipeline to meet the hospital's staffing needs efficiently.
• Ensure compliance with hospital policies, labor laws, and accreditation standards in all recruitment activities.
