Job Description

As a Female HR SICO (Second In Command) at our company located in HAL, Old Airport Road, Bangalore, you will play a crucial role in our team. We are looking for someone who can join us immediately and possesses the following qualities: Key Responsibilities: - Fluency in English, Kannada, Hindi, and proficiency in any other regional languages would be highly advantageous. - Skilled in recruitment, particularly for blue-collar roles. - Background in BPO recruitment. - Ability to handle operational tasks with an 80%-20% split. - Bringing at least 3-4 years of HR experience, with a strong emphasis on recruitment (80%). - Excellent communication skills. - Capability to thrive in challenging situations. Qualifications Required: - Minimum 3 years of experience in recruiting (Preferred). - Total work experience of 5 years (Preferred).
