Responsibilities
- Design and update job descriptions
- Source potential candidates from various online platforms .( eg - naukri , monster , shine , facebook )- Sourcing and screening incoming resumes and application forms-Scheduling the interviews with candidates (via phone, video and in-person)- Advertise job openings on company’s careers page, social media, job boards and internally- Collaborate with managers to identify future hiring needs- Provide shortlists of qualified candidates to hiring managers- Act as a consultant to new hires and help them onboard with HR team.
Requirements
- Proven work experience as an HR Recruiter or similar role- Experience with sourcing techniques- Must be Graduate . ( BBA, B.COM, B.A , MBA )- Good verbal and written communication skills.- Freshers can also apply .
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
