Job Position : HR Recruiter
Experience : 1 to 3 Years
Location : Baner , Pune

Job Description:

We are looking for a dynamic and motivated HR Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment activities including sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is looking to start their career in Human Resources and gain hands-on recruitment experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Source potential candidates through job portals, social platforms, and other relevant channels
Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews
Schedule and coordinate interviews with internal teams and clients
Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers
Support the HR team in various hiring initiatives and activities
Ensure timely follow-ups and communication with candidates

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in any field (HR/Management preferred)
1–3 year of experience in recruitment or internship in a similar role
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Basic understanding of recruitment techniques and platforms
Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently
Own vehicle and personal laptop are mandatory

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
