Job Description

Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven

HR Recruiter

to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, sourcing top talent, and building a strong employer brand to ensure we attract, hire, and retain the best employees.

Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with hiring managers to determine staffing needs and job requirements.
Develop and post job descriptions on various job boards, company websites, and social media platforms.
Source potential candidates through databases, job portals, networking, and employee referrals.
Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.
Conduct initial interviews to assess candidates' suitability and culture fit.
Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
Maintain candidate databases and generate recruitment reports.
Assist with onboarding new hires and ensuring a smooth transition into the organization.
Participate in job fairs, campus recruitment, and other talent acquisition events.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment.

Requirements

Bachelor&aposs degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Proven work experience as a Recruiter (in-house or agency).
Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and resume databases.
Strong understanding of recruitment processes and tools.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet hiring deadlines.
Knowledge of labor legislation and HR practices is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications

Certification in HR (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus.
Experience recruiting for IT and Non IT
