HR Recruiter

As an HR Recruiter at our company, you will play a crucial role in sourcing, attracting, and hiring talented individuals to meet the staffing needs of the organization. Your responsibilities will include the following: - Utilizing job portals and various recruitment methods to identify and attract potential candidates. - Understanding the organization's requirements and devising innovative recruitment strategies. - Thinking creatively and going beyond traditional recruitment processes. - Being proactive and willing to network and establish contacts outside the office environment. - Conducting recruitment drives at company branches or rural areas when necessary. - Building and maintaining a strong network of potential candidates. - Being open to adopting new recruitment techniques as recommended by the company. - Ensuring all vacancies are filled within the specified timeframe. - Adhering strictly to the company's recruitment criteria. - Managing the end-to-end recruitment process, including shortlisting candidates, coordinating interviews, conducting document and background verifications, and facilitating the onboarding process. In addition to the above responsibilities, you should possess the following qualifications: - MBA or relevant field qualification. - 2 to 5 years of experience in HR recruitment. - Smart, active, and below 30 years of age. - Excellent communication skills and fluency in English. - Willingness to work from our Coimbatore branch and handle TN-KAR recruitment. - Openness to travel as required.
