Job Title: HR Recruiter (Trainee / Junior Executive) Location: New Delhi (Work From Office) Open Positions: 2 Experience Required: 6 months – 1 year (preferably in IT Recruitment) Joining: Immediate joiners preferred About the Role: We are seeking a proactive and driven HR Recruiter with 6 months to 1 year of experience to join our recruitment team. Key Responsibilities: Source, screen, and shortlist candidates for technical and non-technical roles Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle including scheduling, follow-ups, and offer rollouts Use job portals, LinkedIn, and other sourcing platforms effectively Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers Coordinate with hiring managers and ensure timely closures of open positions Eligibility Criteria: 6 months to 1 year of experience in recruitment (preferably IT recruitment) Experience working with recruitment consultancies or staffing agencies is a plus Any graduate (HR-related qualification is an advantage) Must be available for immediate joining Willing to work from office (New Delhi) Required Skills: Good communication and interpersonal skills Familiarity with various sourcing tools and job portals Basic understanding of technical roles and IT terminologies Strong coordination and follow-up abilities Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet hiring targets Why Join Us?
