Role Overview: As a Recruitment Specialist, your main responsibility will be managing the entire recruitment process from start to finish. This involves creating and revising job descriptions to attract suitable candidates and sourcing potential talents from various online platforms. Your primary objective will be to identify the most suitable candidates to fill the available positions within the company. Furthermore, you will be conducting initial interviews with candidates and shortlisting them for final evaluations. Your final duty will be to generate recruitment reports for team managers to maintain them updated on the hiring progress.
