Manage
end-to-end recruitment
for technical and non-technical roles across IT and digital domains.
Work closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements, skill expectations, and timelines.
Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and professional networks.
Screen resumes, conduct initial candidate discussions, and coordinate interviews.
Handle candidate communication throughout the hiring process, ensuring a smooth and professional experience.
Maintain an active pipeline of candidates for recurring and niche skill requirements.
Share regular hiring updates, market insights, and challenges with the recruitment lead.
Ensure all candidate and hiring data is accurately maintained in the ATS.
Support onboarding coordination once offers are closed.
