Description
As the visionary Chief Architect for a global energy company, your role is crucial in leading enterprise architecture and digital transformation initiatives. Your responsibilities will include: - Leading the architecture, design authority, and technology strategy for enterprise applications across various functions. - Overseeing cloud migration strategies, modern application architectures, and delivering a 3-year technology roadmap aligned with business goals. - Mentoring and leading a global team of 20+ senior architects to ensure architectural integrity and delivery assurance. - Defining and implementing enterprise-scale architectures to support digital platforms. - Driving digital transformation programs in commodities trading to enable new business models and optimize operational efficiency. - Partnering closely with business leadership to align IT investments with trading strategies and market opportunities. - Ensuring regulatory compliance, risk management, and secure technology practices across all solutions. In addition, a core mandate of your role is to focus on the ServiceNow platform, including: - Defining and owning the target technical and platform-architecture-level governance for the ServiceNow platform. - Aligning architectural decisions with enterprise IT strategy, security standards, and business objectives. - Designing scalable, secure, and maintainable ServiceNow architecture, including CSDM, CMDB, workflows, and integrations. - Ensuring data-model optimization and alignment with ServiceNow best practices. - Architecting integration patterns with upstream/downstream systems and defining migration strategies. - Reviewing and approving solution designs and technical specifications, ensuring compliance with security, privacy, and regulatory requirements. - Serving as the technical authority and advisor to program leadership and stakeholders. Qualifications required for this role include: - Education: Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field. - Experience: 10+ years of progressive leadership in technology roles, with a proven track record as a Chief Architect in complex application environments. - Expertise in enterprise architecture, cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP), digital platforms, and data analytics. - Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills, including collaboration with C-suite and global teams. Certifications required are: - TOGAF 9 Certified (Enterprise Architecture Framework) - AWS Certified Solutions Architect Professional or Microsoft Azure Solutions Architect Expert - SAFe 5 Program Consultant (SPC) or SAFe Architect - ITIL 4 Managing Professional - CISSP (Certified Information Systems Security Professional) Your role will be instrumental in driving technology strategy, architecture governance, and digital innovation to achieve business transformation goals in alignment with global energy-transition objectives.,
