Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an HR Recruiter located in Noida. The HR Recruiter will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent for various positions within the company. Day-to-day tasks include sourcing candidates through various channels, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and managing the candidate pipeline. The recruiter will also collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and ensure a smooth recruitment process.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in talent sourcing, recruitment, and candidate screening
• Experience with conducting interviews and evaluating candidates
• Knowledge in using job boards, social media, and recruitment tools for sourcing candidates
• Ability to manage and maintain a candidate pipeline
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Knowledge of employment laws and regulations is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
