Urgent opening for Recruiter Salary : best in the market Experience : 0-1 Years Key Responsibilities: Understand client hiring requirements and job descriptions. Source potential candidates using job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.), databases, referrals, and social platforms. Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews to assess candidate fit. Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and clients. Maintain candidate pipeline and update records in ATS or internal databases. Follow up with candidates and clients for feedback post-interviews. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates. Requirements: 13 years of experience in recruitment (consultancy or corporate hiring) Strong communication and interpersonal skills Hands-on experience with sourcing techniques (Boolean search, social recruiting) Proficiency in using job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.) Ability to handle multiple roles and industries Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
