Key Responsibilities

As an HR Recruiter, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Conducting candidate searches to identify potential applicants through various channels.
• Scheduling interviews and coordinating with candidates and hiring managers to ensure a smooth recruitment process.
• Screening resumes and applications to shortlist candidates based on qualifications and experience.
• Sourcing candidates through job boards, social media, and networking to build a strong talent pipeline.
• Maintaining accurate records of candidate interactions and recruitment metrics.
• Assisting in the development of job descriptions and recruitment strategies to attract the best talent.
• Participating in recruitment events and job fairs to promote the company and its opportunities.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate for the HR Recruiter position will possess the following qualifications:

• A bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
• 0 to 2 years of experience in recruitment or human resources is desirable.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with candidates and team members.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in using recruitment software and social media platforms for sourcing candidates.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
