📢 WE’RE HIRING – HR RECRUITER (BPO BULK HIRING) Open Positions: 10 Maximum Age: 30 Years Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹18,000 per month Joining Bonus: ₹6,000 Incentives: ₹3,000 Working Days: Monday to Friday Timings: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM Location: Building No. B-25, Flat 202, Akshar Sagar CHS, Near TMT Bus Stop, Sector No. 11, Shanti Nagar, Mira Road (East), Maharashtra – 401107 🧩 About Work Profile: HR RecruiterThe HR Recruiter will be responsible for handling end-to-end recruitment for BPO bulk hiring. The role involves sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates for voice and non-voice processes. You will coordinate interviews, maintain candidate databases, and ensure smooth onboarding of new hires. Key Responsibilities: Manage bulk hiring for BPO processes. Source candidates through job portals, social media, and referrals. Screen and schedule interviews as per client requirements. Maintain daily hiring reports and follow up with candidates. Coordinate with operations and HR teams for final selection and joining. Achieve weekly and monthly hiring targets. Skills Required: Good communication and interpersonal skills. Knowledge of MS Office and job portals (Naukri, Indeed, etc.). Target-oriented and proactive attitude. Freshers with strong communication can also apply.
