Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic HR Recruiter to join our team. This role is ideal for freshers or individuals with up to 1 year of experience who are passionate about recruitment and human resources.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source, screen, and shortlist candidates through job portals, social media, and internal databases
• Coordinate interviews and follow-ups with candidates and clients
• Conduct preliminary HR discussions
• Maintain and update recruitment trackers and reports
• Handle job postings and engage with talent on platforms like LinkedIn and Instagram
• Understand job requirements and work closely with hiring managers

Requirements:

• 0–1 year of experience in recruitment (Freshers welcome)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Interest in hiring and talent acquisition
• Basic social media handling skills for professional use
• Self-driven and eager to learn
• Own laptop is mandatory
• Immediate joiners preferred
