This is a target-based role offering excellent growth and earning potential for high performers.Performance & Incentives:This is a target-based role. If you meet or exceed your monthly target (4x your salary), you'll receive a 10% incentive on the additional revenue generated beyond the target. Most companies offer only 2%, but we reward high performers with 10%.
