This is a target-based role offering excellent growth and earning potential for high performers.Performance & Incentives:This is a target-based role. If you meet or exceed your monthly target (4x your salary), you'll receive a 10% incentive on the additional revenue generated beyond the target. Most companies offer only 2%, but we reward high performers with 10%. If the target is not met, your salary will be proportionally deducted.Key Responsibilities:Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to onboarding.Build and maintain strong relationships with clients Source candidates through social media and various job platforms Track and manage recruitment metrics and performance dataConsistently meet monthly placement targets If you're confident in achieving targets and eager to grow in a performance-driven environment, we'd love to hear from you! Ideal ProfileYou have at least 2 years experience including solid experience in a similar role within Professional Services.
