Job Description

We are looking for a proactive Part-Time HR Recruiter to support our growing restaurant group. The role focuses on sourcing, screening, and coordinating the hiring of kitchen and service staff across our outlets. Key Responsibilities: Source candidates for kitchen, service, and support roles Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews Coordinate interviews with restaurant managers Manage job postings and recruitment databases Support basic HR documentation related to hiring Requirements: Prior experience in recruitment, preferably in hospitality Good communication Tamil, Hindi , English and coordination skills Ability to work independently on a part-time basis Work Type: Part-time | Time 11 am to 3.30 pm
