Job Overview:

Metal Scapes is looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic HR Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate should have at least 1 year of experience in end-to-end recruitment and be confident in handling hiring for different roles.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle the entire recruitment cycle – sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
• Post job openings on various job portals and social media platforms.
• Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, and references.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and managers.
• Maintain and update the candidate database and recruitment reports.
• Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience.
• Support HR team in daily activities as required.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in any field (MBA in HR preferred).
• Minimum 1 year of experience in recruitment (Non-IT or manufacturing industry preferred).
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiar with HR tools, job portals, and sourcing techniques.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
