Job Description

Handle end-to-end recruitment for various pharma roles (MR, ASM, RSM, QC/QA, Production, RA, etc.).
Understand manpower requirements from hiring managers and prepare accurate job descriptions.
Source and screen candidates through portals, social media, references, and networking.
Conduct telephonic and face-to-face interviews and schedule interviews with hiring teams.
Manage candidate coordination, interview follow-ups, and timely feedback communication.
Build and maintain candidate database for future requirements.
Ensure hiring closure within TAT and SLA timelines.
Assist in onboarding, document verification, and joining formalities.
Ensure recruitment compliance with company policies and pharma industry standards.
Maintain MIS reports such as daily recruitment tracker and weekly hiring status.
Excellent Communication skill, profiency in excel and gmail
