HR Recruiter (Male Candidate Only)

As a Recruitment Coordinator at our company, your role involves screening resumes and applications to shortlist qualified candidates. You will conduct initial phone screenings and interviews to assess candidate suitability, coordinating and scheduling interviews between candidates and hiring managers. It is essential to maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) with candidate information and recruitment activities. Your responsibility will also include building and maintaining a pipeline of qualified candidates for future hiring needs. Key Responsibilities: - Screen resumes and applications to shortlist qualified candidates - Conduct initial phone screenings and interviews - Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers - Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) - Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for future hiring needs - Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and workforce needs - Assist in drafting and updating job descriptions - Manage offer negotiations and facilitate the onboarding process - Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process - Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment Qualifications Required: - Prior experience in recruitment or HR field - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively - Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) - Knowledge of industry trends and best practices in recruitment In addition to the job responsibilities and qualifications, our company offers the following benefits: - Health insurance - Provident Fund - Performance bonus This is a full-time, permanent position with day shift schedule.
