Key Responsibilities Sourcing Candidates: Identify and attract potential candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events. Conducting Interviews: Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and assess candidates' skills and cultural fit for the organization. Coordinating the Hiring Process: Schedule interviews, gather feedback from hiring managers, and manage the offer process, including salary negotiations. Onboarding New Hires: Facilitate the onboarding process for new employees, ensuring they have the necessary resources and information to succeed. Employer Branding: Promote the company’s culture and values to attract top talent and enhance the employer brand. Qualifications and SkillsExperience: Proven experience as an HR Recruiter or similar role, with a strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices. Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to effectively interact with candidates and internal teams. Decision-Making: Strong decision-making skills to evaluate candidates and make hiring recommendations. Knowledge of Employment Laws: Familiarity with employment laws and regulations to ensure compliance throughout the recruitment process. Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple roles and priorities concurrently while maintaining attention to detail.
