As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and team needs. Your responsibilities will include developing and posting job advertisements on job boards, social media, and company careers page. You will screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates and conduct phone, video, and in-person interviews. Additionally, you will schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring teams.
