HR recruiter intern

As an intern at our company, you will be engaged in full-time opportunities from Monday to Saturday, working hours from 11 AM to 5 PM. The stipend offered for this internship is 3,000 per month. To be eligible for this internship, candidates must successfully pass our recruitment process. In terms of incentives, you will receive a 1,000 incentive for each candidate you successfully hire who joins the company. Moreover, if 5 or more candidates hired by you join the company, you will receive an additional 5,000 as a salary on top of the stipend. If the number of candidates hired and joined exceeds 5, your compensation will consist of a 3,000 stipend, 5,000 salary, and an incentive ranging from 1,000 to 1,500 per candidate. Regarding the leave policy, you are entitled to 2 leaves per month, comprising 1 Casual Leave and 1 Sick Leave. Additionally, you will be granted a special leave on your birthday. However, it is important to note that exceeding 2 leaves in a month will result in the non-provision of the 3,000 stipend.,
