1. Must have experience in sourcing candidates
2. Also can have experience in Job Portal and Database handling
3. Calling candidates and fixing interview and
4. Follow up of candidates during the recruitment cycle
5. Coordination with the client company HR deptt regarding candidates lineups
6. Posting of ads on social media as and when required
