Job Description

As an HR Recruiter at our company located in Jamnagar city area, you will be responsible for the following key tasks: - Source candidates through job portals, social media, and referrals - Screen resumes and schedule interviews - Coordinate between candidates and clients - Maintain candidate database and follow-up records - Assist in closing various vacancies as per client requirements To qualify for this role, you should meet the following requirements: - Graduate in any stream - Good communication and interpersonal skills - 1-2 years of experience preferred (freshers can apply) Please note that this is a full-time, permanent position with benefits including paid sick time.
